It’s the perfect time of the year to talk sparkling wine and we just released our very own!  You’re going to taste ‘The Stars’ and see them all at once!  This wine is a classic blend of the main grapes that go into Champagne – Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier.  And after 18 months of aging on the lees it’s got a lot in common with a fine bottle of Champagne, too!  Pop the cork and an endless stream of tiny bubbles tumble into your glass, turning to the prettiest white gold color.  The nose is bright and fresh with hints of freshly cut apples with a subtle kiss of honey.  Then the palate is soft and creamy with  pear and candied citrus flavors to complement an effortless frothy mouthfeel.  And it all finishes smooth and effortless with subtle notes of creamy citrus and vanilla.
