Paso is our favorite place for Zin, the warm dry climate brings out all the grape’s spicy brambly goodness in a way that’s second to none. One look at this wine’s deep inky color and you know it means business. The nose is glorious, tons of spicy blackberry and rhubarb with hints of fresh herbs and vanilla. And then the palate hits you with so many magical flavors - sweet cherry pie, juicy strawberry and blueberry and a soft velvety tannin to back it all up. It’s so lip smacking delicious, and the perfect excuse to grab another propane tank for the grill - it’s the ultimate bbq pairing wine!
